What we do for Toronto businesses
Monthly bookkeeping
Bank and credit card reconciliation, AP/AR, and month-end financial statements in QuickBooks Online or Xero.
HST/GST filing
Ontario HST is 13%. Registration, quarterly or annual filing, remittance and input tax credit optimization.
Corporate & personal tax
T2 corporate returns and T1 returns for owners, planning through the year rather than a scramble in April.
Payroll
Payroll runs, CRA source deductions, T4s and ROEs — filed on schedule, every cycle.
Industries we specialise in
A generalist bookkeeper can post transactions. These three need someone who knows how the money actually moves.
Real estate agents & PRECs
Commission tracking, brokerage statement reconciliation, FINTRAC records, and corporate books for a Personal Real Estate Corporation.
E-commerce sellers
Shopify and Amazon payout reconciliation, multi-province sales tax, and inventory-aware bookkeeping.
Car rental & Turo hosts
Per-vehicle profit and loss, CCA classes for a fleet, and the mileage records the CRA asks for on audit.
Bookkeeping in downtown Toronto
Our downtown office is at 123 King St W, in the Toronto Dominion Centre in the Financial District — a few minutes from St. Andrew and King stations. Meetings there are by appointment, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
It is the easiest place to meet if you work downtown and want to go through a CRA letter, a first corporate year-end, or whether incorporating is worth it, in person rather than over email.
Bookkeeping for Etobicoke businesses
We work with businesses across Etobicoke and the west end from the downtown Toronto office — about twenty minutes along the Gardiner, or a meeting over video if that is easier. The work is the same wherever you are: monthly bookkeeping, HST filing at Ontario's 13%, payroll and the year-end return.
What being close by changes is that a meeting is possible when something needs talking through — a CRA letter, a first corporate year-end, or deciding whether to incorporate.
The Etobicoke businesses we work with most often are real estate agents and PRECs operating across the west end, e-commerce sellers shipping out of the area, and owner-operated service businesses.
Areas we serve
From the downtown Toronto office we work with businesses in Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan — and with clients across the rest of Canada remotely, including from our Alberta office.
